For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
Return Process
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item(s), please email shop@soar.gg with your order number, and images of the goods received. Emails must be sent within 30 days of your order receipt. 

Refund Process
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your item(s) for refund. Once received, it may take up to 5 business days to refund your purchase. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment made at the time the order was placed. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. Due to the limited nature of products, we do not hold adequate inventory for size exchanges. Please confirm sizing and garment details prior to placing your order.
